Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic General Manager – Sales to lead our sales operations in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize lead generation channels for better conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and brokers.
- Conduct high-level negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and real estate developments in Noida.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales performance.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business growth strategies to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 4- 7 years in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Personality: Result-driven, analytical, and highly motivated.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Noida's real estate sector and competitive landscape.
- Others: Willingness to travel for business meetings and site visits.
