Business Development & Sales :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial). Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Proactively address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Gather client feedback and use it to improve products and services.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the real estate sector. Analyze market data to identify key market segments and target audiences.

- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing market findings and competitive analysis. Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations. Share market intelligence and best practices with the team.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
