Job Overview:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage potential clients through informative and empathetic video consultations, guiding them on their journey to mental wellness.
  • Allocate sufficient calendar space to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads.
  • Complete morning and end-of-day tasks every day from Monday to Saturday.
  • Be available to communicate through Slack from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily.
  • Establish trust and empathy with potential clients through meaningful conversations.
  • Ensure you enroll only clients who are a great fit, following through on commitments.
  • Lead prospects to the best decision for their mental wellness, even if it challenges their comfort zone.
  • Stay aware of your performance metrics, understanding both successes and areas needing improvement.
  • Keeper accurate records of interactions and activities within the CRM system.
  • Uphold and embody the high standards expected in all interactions.
