Blue Yonder Senior Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Blue Yonder WMS Functional Consultant to spearhead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modules such as Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management modules with utmost professionalism.
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements meticulously.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations with precision.
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices and optimization of Blue Yonder solutions effectively.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in project delivery efficiently.
  • Oversee and participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities seamlessly.
  • Ensure post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives successfully.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-level functional issues in Blue Yonder applications expeditiously.
  • Document processes, configurations, and provide training to end-users and team members thoroughly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a functional consultant with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions is required.
  • Expertise in supply chain planning processes and Blue Yonder modules such as Outbound, Inbound, Allocation, Picking, Put Away, Wave processing, Cycle counts, Inventory Management, Configuration and Reports is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Blue Yonder Integrator for inbound and outbound interfaces connecting systems like Oracle Cloud and OTM (Order Transportation Management) is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Moca commands is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing SQL and PL/SQL working with database tools like Lexedit is required.
  • Strong understanding of master data management (Customers, Suppliers, Items, Footprints) is crucial.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction to project teams is required.
  • Availability to work during 11:30 AM IST – 8:30 PM IST is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Blue Yonder certification(s) are desirable.
  • Experience with Data Access Service (DAS) and BI/reporting tools is beneficial.
