Sex Therapy Specialist

This role involves providing guidance and support to individuals struggling with sexual health concerns. As a Sex Therapy Specialist, you will utilize your expertise to help clients overcome challenges related to their mental and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and concerns through initial discovery calls.
  • Present tailored treatment plans and packages that address the client's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with our team of therapists to ensure seamless transitions from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and progress.
  • Provide referrals or resources for clients who require additional support or are not ready for treatment.
  • Assist in refining the discovery call process and treatment offerings by offering feedback on client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (dependent on location requirements).
  • Experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and address client needs empathetically.
  • Strong understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
  • Able to pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
