Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Professional to join our team as a Bar Floor Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between the Bar Manager and Floor Staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality across all areas, providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Coordinate between bar and floor teams to guarantee flawless execution.
  • Monitor staff performance on the floor and provide guidance to the team to enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurants or hotels is required.
  • The ideal candidate should possess an understanding and working knowledge of Global cuisine.
  • Presentation is paramount; a polished, well-groomed appearance and HIGH interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to multitask, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the bar area, including inventory management, restocking, and cleaning.
  • Supervise the opening and closing of bar venues according to company standards.
  • Conduct tastings and educational sessions to keep the bar team up-to-date on new beverages and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality cocktails and drink menus that appeal to diverse tastes.
