Project Manager - Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee daily site activities, ensuring work execution aligns with project requirements, quality, and safety standards.

  • Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety norms.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety protocols.
  2. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  3. Monitor and manage resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  4. Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and work measurement.
  5. Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  6. Conduct regular quality checks on concrete, steel, shuttering, and finishing works.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry codes, company standards, and safety regulations.
  8. Resolve technical issues through effective communication with project managers and consultants.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and standards.
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools is preferred.
  • Good leadership, team coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering related to site design, land development, and land use permitting.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in site design, land development, and land use permitting.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.
