Medical Services Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating all clinical care services provided at the unit.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To oversee reporting and communication of quality improvement initiatives, patient safety awareness, and recognition programs at the Unit.
  • Responsible for establishing, maintaining patient care protocols and standards, so that all regulations and guidelines for patient care are met and increasing the bar on patient satisfaction.
  • Provide required support on medical audits.
  • Manage various committees like infection control committee, ethics committee etc at the Unit.
About You:

We are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Qualification: MBBS + MHA
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Administration
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
