Medical Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Service Coordinator to provide comprehensive medical services to patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working closely with other medical professionals to ensure seamless coordination of services.

  • Provide OPD services, emergency and first aid medical services to patients.
  • Perform minor medical procedures in a Health Centre setting.
  • Coordinate with referral hospitals and government hospitals for comprehensive healthcare services.
  • Procure regular medicine, emergency drugs, and medical equipment according to SOP guidelines.
  • Regularly review medicine stock, medical equipment, and conduct reconciliations.
  • Supervise medical records documentation, first aid box maintenance, and ambulance condition.
  • Oversee medical staff, ambulance drivers in roster adherence, and provide regular training and medical education to the medical team.
  • Conduct first aid training sessions for security personnel, wardens, NSS students, and other volunteers.
  • Organize health awareness programs, medical camps, and blood donation camps.
  • Maintain adherence to all SRM university policies.
