Key Account Growth Specialist

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that involves active outbound calling. The successful candidate will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and explain how our services can benefit them and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls generated by marketing efforts
  • Understand user needs and explain the benefits of our healthcare solutions
  • Educate customers about our services and address their questions
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead conversion rates
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives by developing presentations and materials
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement strategies
  • Conduct market research to gather insights
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Interest in sales and healthcare technology
  • Experience in a similar role of about 3-5 years
