Job Description

As a seasoned Market Access Professional, you will spearhead market access activities to ensure optimal product pricing, reimbursement, and patient access.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare systems, pricing & reimbursement pathways, HTA processes, and payer dynamics.

You will develop and implement market access strategies aligned with business objectives, incorporating cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Health Economics teams.

  • Develop and execute market access plans to enhance product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and health economics analysis to identify market access barriers, pricing trends, and payer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, government bodies, and healthcare authorities to negotiate reimbursement strategies and access conditions.
  • Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers, value dossiers, and HTA submissions.
  • Monitor policy developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to adapt access strategies proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of market access strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Cultivate key stakeholder relationships to foster a collaborative environment and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support product launch planning and lifecycle management.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of market access initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing & Reimbursement, or related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
