
Senior Healthcare Consultant

As a seasoned Market Access Professional, you will spearhead market access activities to ensure optimal product pricing, reimbursement, and patient access.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare systems, pricing & reimbursement pathways, HTA processes, and payer dynamics.
You will develop and implement market access strategies aligned with business objectives, incorporating cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Health Economics teams.
- Develop and execute market access plans to enhance product adoption and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and health economics analysis to identify market access barriers, pricing trends, and payer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, government bodies, and healthcare authorities to negotiate reimbursement strategies and access conditions.
- Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers, value dossiers, and HTA submissions.
- Monitor policy developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to adapt access strategies proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of market access strategies to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Cultivate key stakeholder relationships to foster a collaborative environment and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support product launch planning and lifecycle management.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of market access initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing & Reimbursement, or related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
