Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail operations or store management.
  • Strong customer service orientation and sales skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail processes.
  • Able to multitask and manage both store floor and service operations.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in pet retail, spa, grooming, or lifestyle retail sectors.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools.
