Lead Business Transformation Initiatives

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead business transformation initiatives across retail and quick-service restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving customer engagement and operational efficiency.

The successful consultant will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex business processes, and translate them into actionable strategies for improvement.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Functional Specification Development: Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications that meet client needs.
  • Gap Identification: Identify feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps and propose solutions that align with business goals.
  • System Configuration and Deployment: Collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business objectives.
  • Strategic Advisory Services: Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Training and Support: Train super users on the platform, explain the support mechanism, and set cadences for support/business-related queries.
