Job Title: Digital Transformation Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Strategist to play a key role in driving our continuous improvement agenda across stakeholders. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment of Quality initiatives with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Lean Digital Transformation roadmaps that solve business problems/opportunities for key customers in the Finance and Accounting domain.
  • Ensure effective delivery of planned Digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects by collaborating with cross-functional global leads and digital delivery teams.
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program objectives.
  • Champion the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes.
  • Support operational excellence, automation, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and standardization as approved by leads.
  • Design, implement, test, and complete all In-Scope Continuous Improvement Projects.
Requirements:
  • Certified Black Belt
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain and has led transformation across all sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation etc.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.
  • Project Management skills – Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required.
