About the Digital Business Unit:

The digital business unit is a dynamic and innovative team responsible for driving the bank's digital transformation. Our mission is to revolutionize banking by building customer-centric products, innovative propositions, and embedded finance applications.

We aim to deliver highly available, highly modular, highly scalable, and highly secure designs that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Some of the applications managed by the digital business unit include mobile banking apps, netbanking applications, and various digital platforms.

Our Objectives:

Our objectives are three-fold:

  • Drive better customer experience and engagement
  • Transform existing lines of businesses
  • Build new digital-only or banking-as-a-service led digital business models

About the Role:

As a growth manager for mobile apps, you will be responsible for driving adoption and engagement across customer segments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, tech solutions, and product management.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Work on initiatives to increase traffic on bank channels and drive conversion from target bases
  • Analyze user journeys to identify improvement areas and increase visitors and conversions
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and digital marketing teams to design targeted campaigns
  • Use data analytics and segmentation to inform marketing strategies

Product Enhancement:

  • Be the voice-of-customer in shaping new features and products
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create awareness and engagement campaigns
  • Increase adoption of new products among existing consumers through cross-sell and upsell initiatives

Key Skill Set Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in growth/product marketing for digital businesses/apps
  • Customer-centric mindset and eye for detail
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management tools and marketing tools
  • Ability to execute D2C campaigns and content strategy
