Job Title: Franchise Development Manager

The role is responsible for the expansion and development of schools through franchise opportunities.

Key aspects include identifying potential business partners, conducting city profiling, implementing lead generation initiatives, presenting business opportunities, evaluating prospect profiles, designing marketing strategies, ensuring revenue targets are met, and coordinating with partners.

Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to present effectively to potential business partners.
Responsibilities:
  1. Identify potential business partners for expansion.
  2. Conduct city profiling for opening new locations.
  3. Implement and monitor lead generation initiatives through marketing activities.
  4. Present business opportunities to potential partners.
  5. Evaluate prospect profiles for suitability as a Business Partner.
  6. Design, implement and facilitate marketing strategies for acquisition.
  7. Ensure academic processes and delivery meet company standards.
  8. Monitor market intelligence within the industry.
  9. Address tier corrections and procedures.
  10. Adhere to all legal norms and procedures.
  11. Submit bi-weekly reports on acquisitions.
  12. Prepare regional collection reports and performance metrics.
