Job Overview:

The Lead Regional Compliance Specialist is responsible for overseeing security compliance programs, ensuring sites meet internal and external regulatory requirements, and developing compliance frameworks.

This role involves recruiting, supervising, and mentoring a team of Regional Compliance Specialists, conducting audits and evaluations, and delivering clear reports to enhance compliance awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee security compliance program for physical security officer services at data centers.
  • Ensure all sites meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, PCI, FISMA, and others.
  • Develop and implement compliance frameworks, conduct audits, and manage risk.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, or a combination of both.
  • 3+ years of experience managing people.
  • ISO9001 or ISO 27001 certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting an operations team in a datacenter environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
