Job Description:

As a Sales Manager at SDU Beverages Private Limited, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth. Your role will involve creating a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement, hiring and developing sales staff, and ensuring distributor claims are settled in time by proper scrutiny and on-field verification. You will also provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and work closely with the sales team in the management of schemes. The ideal candidate will have 08-12 years of experience in sales in FMCG/Beverages and will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as resilience and ability to perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Manage sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth

* Hire and develop sales staff

Requirements:

* 08-12 years of experience in sales in FMCG/Beverages
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
* Good Excel knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

* Any Graduate
* Years of experience in FMCG/beverage sales, with a minimum of 5 years in the water industry
