Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Sutherland. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, particularly in hunting for net new customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to large corporations and a focus on US-based clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with large corporations, focusing on building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to tailor IT service solutions, including Application Development, Maintenance, Support, Data Management, EBS, and Testing, to meet client requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Lead engaging sales presentations and negotiations to win new contracts.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights to the product development team based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to our services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of sales experience, with a focus on hunting for net new customers in IT services.
  • Proven track record of selling to large corporations, with a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Experience dealing with US-based customers is essential.
  • Telecom experience is preferred but not a requirement.
  • Strong background in Application Development, Maintenance, Support, Data Management, EBS, and Testing services.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
