HR Operations Specialist

As a key member of the plant team, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional to drive our recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent
- Maintain positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Evaluate and improve HR processes to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
- Design and deliver training programs to develop skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with plant leadership to identify business needs and develop strategic HR solutions
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation
- Support health, safety, and wellness initiatives
- Conduct performance management and appraisal processes to promote growth and development
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Minimum Qualification
- Graduation (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of experience in Core HR
