Job Title: HR Generalist

We seek an accomplished HR professional to spearhead our organization's human resources operations. The ideal candidate will devise and execute comprehensive HR strategies, manage employee relations, performance management, compliance, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Support current and future business needs through staff development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage performance review processes and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports in compliance with audit and data privacy standards.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
