Seeking an expert in SAP ABAP HR solutions to drive our organization forward. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing SAP HCM modules to meet the needs of our business.

  • Design, develop, and implement complex ABAP programs to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and highly performant code using SAP ABAP programming principles.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their pain points and design customized solutions that meet their needs.
Key Skills:
  • SAP ABAP programming, including experience in reports, forms (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and custom module development.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP HCM (HR) workflows, enhancements, and configurations.
  • Experience with IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs for SAP HR data integration.
  • Understanding of HR business processes, including employee data management, payroll processing, time management, and recruitment.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration is a plus.
