Lead Web3 UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to lead the development of our web3 project. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing user-friendly interfaces, implementing animations and micro-interactions, and collaborating with developers to bring designs to life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating modern, responsive web interfaces in Figma and converting them into production-ready code. They will also apply UX best practices for web3 interfaces, collaborate with developers to iterate designs based on feedback, and ensure seamless integration with blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing web pages in Figma, including responsive layouts.
  • Convert designs into pixel-perfect code using HTML/CSS + JS/React.
  • Implement animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business objectives.
  • Apply UX best practices for web3 interfaces, including accessibility, user-centered design, and design systems.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience designing in Figma and implementing designs in HTML/CSS + JS/React.
  • Proven experience with web3 projects, blockchain apps, or crypto platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing Figma-to-code projects with animations/micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with accessibility, user-centered design, and design systems.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
