Job Description

About the role:

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team, focusing on delivering intuitive user experiences across digital platforms. Our goal is to simplify complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and seamless interactions.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX process from research to execution
  • Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for implementation
  • Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback
  • Leverage data and research tools to accelerate workflows
  • Monitor UX metrics and continuously improve design outcomes

Key Challenges You Will Solve:

  • Drive innovation to improve user adoption and satisfaction
  • Create scalable, personalized UX systems tailored to user behavior and preferences
  • Lead behavioral research across diverse micro-personas
  • Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity and engagement

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of professional experience in UX design

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience
