Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HCM Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with HR teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs and document application setups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.
  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Oversee offshore project deliverables for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with any module combination).
  • Strong presentation, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams.
  • Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience for Global Human Resources.
