Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead or participate in end-to-end implementation and support projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, focusing on US Payroll.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of US payroll rules, taxation, garnishments, pre/post-tax deductions, and year-end processing.

Gathering and analyzing business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and translating them into functional configurations is key to success in this role.

This position involves configuring, testing, and deploying Oracle HCM modules, specifically Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management.

A strong communicator with excellent documentation, presentation, and client communication skills is necessary for collaboration with technical teams and design and test inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems (benefits, tax vendors, time & labor).

Responsibilities include system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), supporting go-live activities, and ensuring compliance with US federal, state, and local tax regulations in payroll processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant.
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll module.
  • Deep understanding of US payroll rules, taxation, garnishments, pre/post-tax deductions, and year-end processing.
  • Functional knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce Compensation is preferred.
  • Ability to design payroll elements, fast formulas, validation rules, and payroll flows.
  • Proficiency in creating Reports using OTBI/BIP and working with HDL templates.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
What We Offer
