Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our techno-commercial research & advisory services in the chemicals & materials domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and technical background to generate insights and actionable recommendations for clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Achieving revenue and cost goals through effective commercial frameworks and presentations;
  • Developing proposals for clients with minimal support from senior team members;
  • Participating in business development tasks, marketing outreach programs, and the creation of industry decks, white papers, and case studies to support business growth;
  • Leading a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates in offering techno-commercial research & advisory services;
  • Handling client communication, including kick-off calls, deliverable presentations, and feedback calls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in chemical & material or related fields, or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience in business research or consulting engagements;
  • Primary research experience and ability to train team members in primary research skills;
  • End-to-end management experience in business research or consulting engagements, up-to-date with recent industry trends and challenges;
  • Excellent knowledge of Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Management Frameworks, Advanced MS Office, Forecasting, and Business Writing;
  • Self-organized, planned, matured, and detail-oriented candidate.
