Executive Leader in Capability Development

As an Executive Leader in Capability Development, you will be responsible for building and managing infrastructure that supports the growth of our sales teams. Your expertise will ensure seamless training delivery across various regions, adapting to diverse language needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for both Urban and Rural sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance learning initiatives and drive capability development.
- Analyze performance data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry, preferably in General Trade (GT) and/or Rural TSE roles.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with regional content localization and training delivery platforms is a plus.
