Leading Technology Portfolio Management

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Sub Capability Lead, working closely with our Corporate Enablers CFO Tech team.

About the Role:

This position involves playing a pivotal part in driving solutions that align with business strategies and deliver value. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams and bring thought leadership to the capability.

Maintaining strategic application landscapes for all CFO Business Units and ensuring application mapping with business capabilities are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will aid the Capability Lead in performing Technology Product Owner roles, focusing on long-term product roadmap development.

As a senior counsel within the department, you will contribute to organisational initiatives and foster a collaborative, high-accountability team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technology portfolio management, ensuring alignment with business strategies and delivering value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and bring thought leadership to the capability.
  • Maintain strategic application landscapes for all CFO Business Units.
  • Ensure application mapping with business capabilities.
  • Aid the Capability Lead in performing Technology Product Owner roles.
  • Contribute to organisational initiatives as a senior counsel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12-15 years of experience, including 3+ years in product management or software delivery, handling mid-to-large teams and 3rd party vendors.
  • A background in Corporate Finance & Procurement domain is preferred.
  • Proven success in building enduring relationships with crucial stakeholders across various Business Units.
  • Experience in delivering and maintaining products or programmes, including those with cross-geography teams, and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • The ability to work independently, navigate complex decision-making, and foster a collaborative, high-accountability team culture.
  • Proven success working with agile development teams and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience on enterprise-level initiatives and regulatory programmes is preferred.
