Senior Strategy Lead

This role is a high-profile opportunity to drive growth and innovation across our India Subcontinent Business Unit. You will develop comprehensive strategies, translate them into operational plans, navigate complexities, and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that leverage market insights, consumer trends, and competitive intelligence to identify untapped opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization efforts for the growth of India Sub-continent Business unit.
  • Innovate and champion disruptive ideas, challenging the status quo, and incubating breakthrough innovations that redefine consumer expectations.
  • Expand into new markets by identifying and evaluating opportunities and developing tailored market entry strategies to capture market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to develop compelling brand strategies that resonate with consumers, differentiate our products, and drive brand equity and loyalty.
  • Pilot various growth experiments, ensuring practical application and evaluation.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on customer centricity, addressing unmet needs, and enhancing the customer experience through targeted growth initiatives.

You will report to the Head of India Subcontinent and work closely with India Subcontinent Leadership Team, regional and global teams. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong competency to translate insights into actionable growth strategies, defining organizational capabilities that deliver tangible results.

Requirements:
  • Education: MBA (Tier 1) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in industry consulting, preferably within a FMCG organization.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a hypothesis-driven approach.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and material preparation skills.
    • Detailed knowledge and expertise across various domains, including industry dynamics, market trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • A proven track record of personal success and ambitious undertakings.
    • Passion for building and scaling Brands.
