
Capability Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage capability development infrastructure for Urban and Rural sales team members.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all mandatory learning modules and training programs.
- Develop and adapt training content, including translations to meet regional language needs.
- Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors for LMS (Learning Management System) and other training-related services.
- Ensure smooth coordination and optimum performance from training vendors through effective vendor management.
- Analyze performance data and track capability development of both on-roll and off-roll team members.
- Conduct regular performance management reviews to assess progress on capability journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Regional Customer Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Capability functions to support learning initiatives.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, especially in General Trade (GT) and/or Rural TSE roles.
- Strong vendor management experience is mandatory.
- Exposure to Regional Customer Marketing, Capability development, or Commercial Excellence functions is desirable.
- Experience with training delivery platforms (LMS) and regional content localization preferred.
