Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the mining and construction industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
