Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the mining and construction industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
