SRE Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead our Site Reliability (SRE) efforts, ensuring the stability and operational excellence of our platforms.

The successful candidate will design and implement automation solutions, develop monitoring tools, and champion DevOps practices to drive consistency and trustworthiness across our systems.

  • Manage performance, reliability, and uptime metrics for our platforms.
  • Develop automation scripts for deployments, scaling, and self-healing capabilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging for our applications and data pipelines.
  • Lead on-call rotations, conduct root cause analysis, and drive improvements to prevent recurrence of production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our accounting and finance systems. Your primary objectives include:

  1. Performance Optimization: Ensure that our platforms meet defined service level agreements (SLAs), service level objectives (SLOs), and service level indicators (SLIs).
  2. Automation and Scalability: Develop automation scripts to reduce manual effort and operational risk in deployments, scaling, and self-healing processes.
  3. Monitoring and Logging: Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging mechanisms for our applications and data pipelines.
  4. Incident Management: Lead and participate in on-call rotations, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements to prevent recurrence of production issues.
