Key Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will lead the development of a cutting-edge technology platform for global logistics and freight forwarding.

  • Develop strategic plans to drive business growth, innovation, and customer success through effective technology implementations.
  • Oversee full lifecycle product development, from conception to launch, scale, and iteration.
  • Build and mentor globally distributed teams of engineers, architects, and DevOps specialists.
  • Establish robust standards for code quality, security, performance, and system integrity.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology. They will have expertise in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems or transportation/supply chain software and proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, ideally in B2B environments.

Requirements

Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of software engineering principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement technology strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing globally distributed teams.
  • Ability to establish and maintain robust technical standards.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.
  • Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems or transportation/supply chain software.
  • Proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products in B2B environments.
