As a strategic business partner, the HR Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in the transition and delivery of HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to support process transformation and technology enablement.
- Lead HR work transitions into regional locations, collaborating with GBS leadership, Global Process Owners, HR functional teams, and local stakeholders.
- Oversee readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization.
- Coordinate process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees.
- Develop and implement transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecard, and escalation frameworks.
- Support communication and training plans at the local level.
- Drive global consistency in implementation approach and provide support to hiring efforts of GBS HR Operations resources.
- Provide oversight and thought leadership throughout implementation of GBS HR Operations.
- Ensure successful transition of all in scope activities to the respective Regional center.
This role requires 10+ years of experience in HR Management, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
