Job Overview

HSV Digital is seeking a Senior Channel Growth Manager to lead our partner engagement initiatives.

This role will be pivotal in managing various partner marketing activities, campaigns, and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for building collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage channel programs, including training, resources, and support to maximize partner success
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between vendors and partners by acting as a liaison
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, including ROI analysis
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
  • Gather and organize feedback from partners and customers to assist in the continuous improvement of channel marketing strategies and best practices
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and videos
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in channel management or program management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
