Senior Channel Growth Manager

HSV Digital is seeking a Senior Channel Growth Manager to lead our partner engagement initiatives.
This role will be pivotal in managing various partner marketing activities, campaigns, and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for building collaborative relationships.
Responsibilities- Create and manage channel programs, including training, resources, and support to maximize partner success
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between vendors and partners by acting as a liaison
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, including ROI analysis
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
- Gather and organize feedback from partners and customers to assist in the continuous improvement of channel marketing strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and videos
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in channel management or program management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- $120,000 - $150,000 per year salary range based on experience
