
Executive Business Development Manager

This role presents a unique chance to work within the world's largest recruitment network.
Main Responsibilities:- IDentify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment
- Drive new business development via lead chases, candidate references, industry events
- Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross-selling/up-selling capabilities of different Page Group brands and functions
- Continually seek to build expertise and specialisation in the chosen market
You will consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as advise candidates on general career advice/market opportunities. Independently driving mid-senior leadership hiring for your clients, building a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer.
We are looking for professionals from B2B Sales, Key Account Management, and Customer Success backgrounds from Finance/BFSI domain. Candidates should have at least 4-10 years of experience from a Tier 1/Tier 2 B School or a consulting setup with 4-8 years of experience managing difficult stakeholders.
