Job Role: Program Associate

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to support our operations across West Bengal.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and contributing to strategic initiatives that align with our vision and culture.

This role involves managing multiple workstreams while collaborating with internal teams and on-ground stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Program Coordination: Planning, organizing, and executing cross-functional projects across multiple categories and zones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Bridging the gap between internal teams, field teams, and leadership to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying operational bottlenecks, breaking them into manageable tasks, and prioritizing solutions based on urgency and impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Defining and tracking key metrics for ongoing projects, analyzing trends, and recommending data-backed action plans.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutions).
  • Proficiency in Bengali & Hindi language is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
