Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of small or less complex projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: We are seeking an individual with exceptional project management skills to monitor, track, and analyze project control metrics.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team, are essential for this role.
- Timesheets and Invoicing: Ensure timely submission of timesheets and invoicing processes.
- Customer Interface: Lead customer communication for the project on a daily basis and foster customer satisfaction.
- Ticket/Incident Management: Track open tickets/incidents in the queue, allocate them to resources, and ensure timely closure within deadlines.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage the delivery team to find ways to improve processes and efficiency.
- Risk Management: Assist in Risk Management activities and participate in quality reviews and implementing quality norms.
- Software Quality Compliance: Ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and defined timelines.
- Documentation: Draft initial project charters, project plans, and create/review functional and technical specification documents.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, risks, and customer expectations is crucial.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team, are essential.
- Customer Communication: Strong communication skills to interface with customers regularly are required.
- Ticket/Incident Management: Ability to manage tickets/incidents efficiently and ensure timely resolution is necessary.
- Risk Management: Familiarity with managing project risks and ensuring timely issue resolution is required.
- Documentation & Specifications: Strong skills in drafting functional and technical specifications and other project documentation are needed.
- Experience in managing small or less complex projects from initiation to completion is essential.
- Strong understanding of project control metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and OLA adherence is required.
