Project Coordination Role

Frido is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented project coordinator to manage cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and hands-on experience with Asana or similar project management tools.

About the Position
  • The project coordinator will act as a central point of communication between departments and teams, ensuring seamless execution and prioritization.
  • Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, while proactively identifying risks and providing solutions.
  • The coordinator will assist in product lifecycle management, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch improvements.
  • Additionally, they will track progress, support Marketing with technical updates, and collaborate with Quality Control teams for timely resolution of issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a technical or cross-functional setting.
  • Proficiency in Asana or similar project management software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with multiple departments.
  • A basic understanding of Marketing processes, Supply Chain operations, and Quality Control principles.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines.
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, allowing the coordinator to navigate complex project requirements.
