Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by coordinating specific activities.

  • Project Support: Assist project teams by coordinating activities and tasks.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Track, collect and publish Service delivery SLAs, document management, planning, project level critical data tracking for the team members and project status reporting.
  • Data Analysis: Coordinate data collection from the team, consolidate that data and provide summary reports for stakeholders with no compromise on accuracy, collection of information from various tools to update the project's records, project plans, maintaining document control for the program, tracking competency development of the team.
  • Risk Management: Supports the analysis of risks and maintains the Risk Log, as well as the project change management process.
  • Reporting: Publish report on or ahead of time after internal reviews and approvals.
  • Meetings and Action Items: Organization of meetings and tracking action items to closure.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in Excel advanced features including VBA, formulas. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are also essential. Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is a plus.

This role requires someone who is comfortable with rotational shifts and has a strong ability to work under pressure. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about project coordination.
