EdTech Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support via email, chat, and phone.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to articulate complex issues in simple terms, and maintain a customer-centric mindset.
This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and escalate bugs or feature requests. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating clear, user-friendly documentation, identifying recurring issues, and contributing to process improvements.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the EdTech sector.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with empathy, patience, and a customer-first approach.
