Lead Finance and Operations Strategy

As our Finance and Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing our financial strategy, fundraising, and operational scale-up. Your responsibility will be to ensure we have the necessary resources, systems, and processes in place to grow sustainably from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning:
    • Develop and manage comprehensive financial models to optimize unit economics, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and marketplace liquidity.
    • Lead fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, pitch decks, and managing financial modeling and investor relations.
    • Establish robust financial systems for accounting, compliance, reporting, unit economics, and CAC/LTV analysis.
    • Oversee compliance, accounting, and corporate governance.
  • Marketplace Development:
    • Design and execute a marketplace development playbook.
    • Develop operational processes for venue partnerships, equipment rentals, and event logistics.
    • Balance marketplace liquidity by ensuring enough hosts and events meet attendee demand.
    • Build trust and safety operations, including dispute resolution, refunds, and community guidelines.
  • Scaling and Partnerships:
    • Oversee legal and compliance frameworks, including contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), corporate structure, and MCA compliance.
