
Airline Customer Service Representative

- Handle customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
- Assist customers in booking flights, upgrading seats, and confirming details for international travel.
- Address customer complaints, resolve issues related to baggage, flight delays, cancellations, and rebookings.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, check-in procedures, baggage policies, and other airline-related queries.
- Process ticketing queries, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with airline policies.
- Offer pre-flight assistance, answer general inquiries, and provide post-flight support for international passengers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, flight bookings, cancellations, and service requests.
- Promote value-added services such as seat upgrades, extra baggage, or travel insurance during interactions with customers.
- Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate department or higher management if required.
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time, first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and service levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of airline policies and procedures.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with airline software.
