
Compliance Professional

This position is responsible for overseeing all Microsoft partner-related compliance activities. The primary objective is to ensure that the organization meets Microsoft's partner compliance requirements and internal policies/procedures related to technology spend and usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and understanding relevant Microsoft partner program policies to ensure continued compliance.
- Developing and enforcing internal guidelines consistent with Microsoft's partner code of conduct, taking ownership of the compliance process.
- Staying up-to-date on Microsoft partner compliance requirements and managing impacts to internal policies/procedures.
- Providing regular updates on compliance status to leadership and reporting/escalating potential issues.
- Managing the annual Microsoft Partner compliance process, ensuring timely completion of assessments and audits.
- Overseeing the internal use of demo tenants, including user and licensing administration with cost analysis reporting.
- Organizing and project managing all internal technology resources, providing regular reporting and reconciliation.
- Guiding and directing compliance concerns with global firm expansion.
- Leading initiatives to maintain Microsoft Partner specializations by monitoring metric requirements, ensuring fulfillment, and renewing in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with IT, legal, finance, and business teams across multiple geographies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, risk management, or program management roles.
- Familiarity with data privacy/security standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing contracts, policies, and data.
- Ability to analyze license consumption reports or audit findings and develop appropriate remediation steps.
- Prior work with vendor compliance programs or technology internal audits is beneficial.
- Competency in leading cross-functional projects, defining action plans, and ensuring accountability.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple compliance workstreams and deadlines.
- High-level communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and Microsoft representatives.
