Senior Compliance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Professional to spearhead our compliance content development strategy and lead a team of compliance developers.

This senior role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, driving the research, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade compliance benchmarks and automation solutions across multiple regulatory frameworks.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance framework development, with expert-level scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and automation tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 compliance content developers
  • Develop compliance strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with compliance framework development
  • Expert-level scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and automation tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, macOS, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of compliance benchmarks and automation solutions, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring deliverable quality across all compliance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and architect advanced compliance frameworks for emerging standards (NIST 2.0, HIPAA, CIS, STIG, PCI-DSS)
  • Design and oversee development of complex remediation automation scripts and SCAP content

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams
