Finance Professional Role

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Professional to lead our financial operations, ensuring fiscal discipline, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive informed business decisions.
    • Collaborate with leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis to enhance profitability.
    • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure seamless financial management.
  • Accounting & Compliance:
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll processes to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax, to minimize risk exposure.
    • Coordinate internal and external audits to guarantee financial transparency and integrity.
  • Procurement & Cost Control:
    • Work collaboratively with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Implement cost control measures across the supply chain and manufacturing units to optimize expenses.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
    • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews, driving continuous improvement.
  • Systems & Process Improvement:
    • Recommend and implement financial systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
    • Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes to reduce complexity and increase agility.

Requirements include CA/MBA (Finance)/CMA, 5–10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, Tally/SAP skills, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator, excellent communication and presentation skills.
