**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a significant portfolio and oversee a large team of experts. The ideal candidate will bring strong management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Portfolio Management:**

    Oversight of end-to-end delivery across multiple projects within the Banking and Finance sector. Leading a large team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and quality standards.

  • **Client Engagement:**

    Serving as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives. Building relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives.

  • **Management Consulting:**

    Providing expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting in transforming business processes and IT strategies.

  • **Sales and Business Development:**

    Leading sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

  • **Financial Acumen:**

    Ensuring profitable financial management and responsible ownership of a substantial portfolio.

  • **Team Leadership and Development:**

    Leading, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.

  • **Process Improvement and Innovation:**

    Driving innovation by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in IT service delivery.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees preferred.

  • Experience:

    At least 18 years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
