Global Compliance Expert

MACN is recruiting a seasoned Global Compliance Expert to spearhead our compliance initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project delivery, driving compliance excellence across our global operations.

As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive compliance programs, ensuring seamless integration with our business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain effective compliance tools and resources, aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, engaging stakeholders across Europe and Southeast Asia.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure robust due diligence processes and champion ESG reporting initiatives.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, project management, ESG, or integrity risk management.
  • Proven expertise in sanctions and anti-corruption frameworks, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
