Preferred Qualifications: Company Secretary (CS), LLB / LLM (Corporate Law / Compliance), Chartered Accountant (CA), and MBA (Finance / Risk / Compliance).

The ideal candidate will have 4–10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audits, or governance. They should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
